Dear Customers, Potential Customers, and Website Visitors, Arice Teknoloji Ltd. Sti. ("Arice" or the "Company") attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, and in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about your personal data and our data processing activities as a "data controller".

What Personal Data We Process

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data:

• For General Purposes: To resolve your problems and complaints, to contact you when necessary, and to fulfill our legal obligations (such as information security) with authorized public institutions.
• For Your Demo Request: To allow you to use our product, open a user account, distinguish your records from other customers, issue invoices if requested, and process payments.
• If You Are a User: To ensure the development of our product, respond to your requests, manage your account and e-commerce environment, manage service requests, and work with business partners at your request.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data is collected by Arice through methods such as demo requests, your requests and complaints, and all kinds of shopping and transactions on the site. As Arice, we collect your personal data based on the legal reasons of "necessity for the establishment and performance of the contract," "fulfillment of the legal obligation," and "necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller."

Transfer of Your Personal Data

As Arice, we may share your personal data with the following parties:

• Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under KVKK conditions.
• Request notification of these actions to third parties.
• Object to a result against you arising from automated systems.
• Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
